Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Angel, a seasoned veteran in the financial sector, brings to the table over 19 years of experience spanning finance, banking, and executive management. His career, marked by roles in Fortune 500 companies, showcases his expertise in a diverse array of industries, including accounting, capital management, marketing, and consulting.
His journey in real estate investment began in 2005, starting with a portfolio of single-family homes. However, his vision extended beyond the conventional, leading him to the dynamic world of commercial real estate and syndication. This shift not only broadened his investment portfolio but also underscored his ability to adapt and evolve in a rapidly changing industry.
Angel’s service in the US Army has been instrumental in shaping his professional persona. The skills he honed during his service, such as team building, strategic planning, and complex problem-solving, have been invaluable in his financial career. His military background has instilled in him a unique perspective, allowing him to navigate the complexities of finance and account management with ease and efficiency.
His expertise extends to all aspects of finance and account management, including financial reporting, budgeting, financial modeling and analysis, business planning, and process improvement. This comprehensive skill set, coupled with his extensive experience, makes him a formidable force in the financial sector.

Brittany Gonzalez
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Brittany Gonzalez, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the banking industry, has held various roles with a focus on customer service, payroll, and finance. Her journey is marked by a relentless commitment to fostering growth and success in others, be it through mentorship or simply lending an empathetic ear.
Brittany’s passion for helping others is not just a trait, but a driving force that has shaped her career. She is a firm believer in the power of desire, living by the following: “I am excited to help individuals and couples grow financially and achieve goals they did not think were possible.” This belief, coupled with her extensive experience, allows her to guide individuals and couples towards their best selves, encouraging them to strive for more.
In her leisure time, Brittany enjoys golfing, spending time with family and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings. These activities not only provide a balance to her professional life but also serve as a testament to her dynamic personality.
Brittany holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource and General Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Her academic accomplishments reflect her dedication to continuous learning and personal development.
Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Brittany is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers for Non-Profit Organizations such as Feed My Starving Children, Bridging, and People Serving People. This involvement underscores her commitment to making a positive impact on the world around her.

Alvin Scioneaux
Partner, Client Relations
Alvin Scioneaux, Jr. is a force of diverse passions and talents. He was born & raised in St. John Parish, Louisiana and currently a real estate investor and author. He previously worked for 8 years as an Aerospace Engineer with a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from San Diego State University. He serves on the regional executive board for the National Society of Black Engineers while also being a traveling public speaker, where he engages with various schools and programs. In his career prior, Alvin was an All-American student-athlete who majored in Physics at Wofford College, then moved onto being an NFL linebacker with the LA Chargers. He transitioned to serving as a Fitness Coach, helping people on their fitness and nutritional journey, as well as a Model & Actor, working on various promotional and commercial projects. Alvin has gone from receiving over $2 million dollars in scholarships, being inducted into his collegiate Hall of Fame, and playing in the NFL to now philanthropy, giving back towards scholars and athletes, while running a multi-million dollar real estate business. He is also a proud executive member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc. and the NFL Players Association.
Marianni Mendoza
Executive Administration Assistant
Marianni is a dedicated professional with a strong background in executive administration, sales, and customer service. With nearly a year of invaluable experience as an executive administrative assistant and four years of expertise in sales and customer relations, Marianni plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficient functioning of the organization.
Known for her exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, Marianni ensures that administrative operations run smoothly and seamlessly. Her ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively makes her an indispensable asset to the executive team, enabling them to focus on strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
Outside their professional responsibilities, Marianni is passionate about personal and professional development. A dedicated reader and lifelong learner, she actively seeks out opportunities to expand their knowledge and skills. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marianni is committed to enhancing their expertise and contributing to the success
